Marquis recently announced changes to its business structure with the establishment of Marquis Holdings Ltd which will enable the continued growth of its two subsidiaries Marquis Broadcast Ltd and Marquis Consulting LLP, offering financial, commercial and marketing support to both of them.

The Marquis group is committed to supporting the human interaction with technology to improve the experience.
It has achieved this via its widely acclaimed software Medway and the range of services provided by the Consultancy Division that specialises in supporting the application, design and change management required to take advantage of new technologies cost effectively.

As the consultancy practice has grown its customers have appreciated its totally independent advice and thought leadership linked only to the client's business requirements. With the adoption of the Medway software product by many manufacturers as part of their overall solutions it became increasingly apparent that while synergies existed that both consulting and software businesses should grow independently.

The new structure will create a better environment for both companies to grow yet still provide the efficiencies of a central service operation.

Marquis Broadcast will continue to have responsibility for Medway and the newly released products Parking and Bridging. The last twelve months has seen an explosion in the use of Medway and at this years' IBC Medway would have been discussed on the booths of some twenty manufacturers as part of their offerings.

Marquis Consulting LLP will now have a structure that will enable consultants to have a financial interest in the business as it grows. The consulting company has over ten associates as well as four Partners on its books and provides services to clients around the world.

Bridging allows easy collaboration between Apple FCP
